Stephanie developed a fascination with food at a young age. This led to a nutrition degree, and the subsequent realisation her interests lay more in aesthetics than science. She left the lab, but often thinks back to a time when everything was white, stainless steel, and analysed under a faint fluorescent glow. She sees food differently to other people, and uses this to her advantage. Depending on her mood, she dreams of spending her days in a studio creating strange still-life compositions, or travelling and working on documentary projects about food-related issues.
